A short, crazy show, a sort of preamble after which we invite children and adults to seriously tinker with puppets with us.
Eighteen crazy minutes to tell the story of a puppet in the process of being made, who will try as best he can to finish himself off…
Eighteen minutes during which the character will struggle with the elements, materials, objects and sometimes even with his manipulators, whom he will not hesitate to tyrannize…

En 18 minutes, Alain Moreau nous emballe un thriller jouissif, dont le comique trash ferait pâlir d’envie Tarantino. Que les parents se rassurent, ils peuvent y emmener leurs enfants (à partir de huit ans tout de même)(…) Deux mains surgissent d’un carton, puis un tronc sans tête. Un rectangle de polystyrène planté dans une pique fera bientôt l’affaire pour commencer la besogne (avec l’aide de deux manipulatrices géniales et discrètes). Et voilà que ça scie dans la tas, que ça dessine des yeux au feutre, que ça perd quelques doigts en route, que des questions existentielles se posent, que des batailles d’ego font rage, et que la tyrannie s’installe. On y voit alors comment deux traits de crayons et quelques poils de pinceau peuvent faire jaillir le plus irascible dictateur. C’est fou, c’est ingénieux, c’est formidable !
