Cheminements

F.L.O.P.

A poetic and dreamlike journey through manipulated light / For all ages 6 and up

During a camping trip, a hiker gradually becomes aware of the imperceptible movement of the world around him. Starting with very little, he reveals the invisibility of things and offers us an immersion into an imaginary landscape, nourished by his excursions.
“Cheminements” embodies the path of progressive, slow, and steady research through which Flop continues to explore the inexhaustible poetic power of light.
At a time when technology allows us to get as close as possible to reality, he attempts a counterpoint by focusing on representation through intention, perception, and feeling.
Light, manipulated in full view, questions the few objects present, the materials and the body, to reveal the mystery of the world from its very reality. And since true travel consists of seeing with different eyes, he continues on his path accompanied by his sidekick Julie.
